This beautiful sunrise was taken off my back deck in Danbury, CT sometime in late winter/early spring of 1998.
This was taken 5 min. after the one above and to the right. The orange color is slightly faded with a developing rainbow.

This picture taken sometime during the spring of 2000 shows the backedge of a thunderstorm magnificantly illuminated by the setting sun.
Another 10 minutes goes by and the orange color has faded, but the rainbow forms a full half circle that the camera cannot show.
