It is important to understand these effects and be prepared. After all, weather surrounds us every day and night. And this is the reason why the study of meteorology and other closely related fields are so important. Adequately understanding these fields cannot only make human beings more comfortable; they can help save lives and valuables. Who knows what we will discover tomorrow that could help warn people of impending danger and extreme weather. This website is designed to point out the many different and fascinating aspects of weather and explain why they are so important.
